Joining Our Club

New members are always welcome. Come see what the Niagara Rugby Club is all about or learn the game of rugby for the first time. There is enough going on at the clubhouse year-round that being a Niagara Rugby Club member offers the flexibility to compliment even the most rigorous schedules and time commitments.

 

Annual schedule at the club:

• Winter Indoor Training: One night a week thru February & March (location TBA)
  
• Outdoor Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:00pm thru April till October
  
• Preseason Games: Saturdays thru April & May
  
• Regular Season Games & Play-offs: Saturdays from May thru October
• Niagara Rugby Day: all teams playing at home, club picture day, family bbq, all past members & alumni are invited back, wear your black & yellow, support your club, date tba
  
• Awards Dinner: Annually the Saturday on Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend
• Off-Season Touch Rugby: Saturdays @ 12:00pm October thru April
  
• Boxing Day Touch Rugby: Annually December 26 @ 12:00pm

 

Membership is based on a yearly rates as follows for 2008 season:

Men's - CDN $350 per year

Men's Student - CDN $275 per year

Women's - CDN $250 per year

Junior Player - CDN $200 per year

Minor Flag - CDN $150 per year

Legends Player - CDN $50 per year plus applicable registration fees

Active Social Member - CDN $50 per year

Club Member - CDN $20 per year (access to "members only" sections)
